It's not too late...

...to become a member!

If you've been thinking about joining nearly 53,000 other Hawks fans and becoming a member, it's still not to late. With 3 upcoming games here in Launceston, a membership would give you a seat to each of the games PLUS a membership kit and lots of other benefits! The Hawks play here in two weeks!

Crows on Saturday June 12th at 2.10 pm

The other games are against the

Lions on Saturday July 17th at 2.10 pm ,

and Fremantle on Saturday August 21st at 2.10 pm

- what a game that will be!

Shayne and I haven't been members consistently as we've just wanted to keep the kids memberships up, but now intend to get family memberships with reserved seats every year, as it works out cheaper and means we have the same seats undercover all year!
Shayne, Me, Lauren and Patrick! The kids LOVE the footy and it's a great family outing
(especially when they win!)
The Hawks do HEAPS for our community with school and hospital visits, working with disadvantaged kids, community camps and family days, not to mention the HUGE cash injection into our economy when they play here.
You can find membership detail here.
GO HAWKS!

Cross Country Action.

Patrick and Lauren had their Cross Country on Friday. Patrick ran in the Grade 5 boys race, and Lauren in the Super Challenger (mixed boys and girls from Grade 4, and longer and harder than the standard cross country). It was a lovely, clear day after lots of rain, and they both ran really well!
The best bit - everyone gets a participation ribbon and an icy pole at the end!

FANTASTIC skin products!

I have been trialling these fantastic Dr Lewinns + Medic products,
and they are brilliant!

I have dry hands, feet and elbows, and when I'm swimming a lot - dry skin everywhere, and these products really help! I Love the Bio -care oil as it goes on really easily, soaks in quickly and is not greasy. I'm impatient and hate creams that take ages to be absorbed, and leave you feeling greasy and oily, so find these excellent. There is also a teriffic protective bath oil great for use with dry skin but also problem skin, eczema, psoriasis and rashes. They also have a moisture restoring cream (great after I've been at work and washing my hands all day), a soothing face and body wash, and a soothing body lotion - free from steroids, lanolin and artificial colours and fragrances - in the range. Well worth a look and available from Chemist Warehouse, Priceline and other chemists.

Forgot to mention - they also have a fresh fragrance - sort of lemony - and not yuck like a lot of medicated creams for problem skin!
