This is my first baby boy on his first day of Kinder aged 4 & 1/2
February 2004
and on his first day of grade 6
February 2011
He's changed SO much this year and is no longer my little boy
and today, his last day of primary school -EVER!
12 years and 4 months old today
we worked out he's grown "one brick" in height since February!
The Grade 6 classes were allowed to leave at lunchtime today after their final assembly and we both had a lump in our throat and a tear in our eyes as he left school for the last time today.
He's going to high school with a great group of friends - some who he's been friends with since their Kinder year in the same class.
I hope these holidays don't go too quickly as I don't think either of us are ready for high school next year!

Wow how he's changed! He got to leave early! That's pretty cool. I've just been at the end of year assembly bawling my head off. Hope the holidays don't go too fast either.
