Take a minute - it might save a life!
Now that Carter is having solids and we are doing some BLW (Baby Led Weaning) with him, I had a look to find a good, informative, Australian video with up to date info on choking first aid and CPR, and found the video below. Well worth a look. There are also short videos for child and adult choking and CPR all of which are about 2 mins long each.
