Try magnesium. Powder is better than tablets if you can get your hands on it. Its better to take it regularly to avoid headaches, but can also help when you have one.
Thanks Lisa - doesn't sound anywhere near as nice as Tracey's lemon slice though (yum) and I don't have my headache this morning!
