Paradise for Mums???

We went to my favourite place yesterday -Kids paradise- an indoor playground. I had planned to take the kids today as it's a student free day for some schools and I thought it would be quieter than a weekend, but they are closed most Monday's. Years ago when they used to advertise the old Kids Paradise, and we had never been, Patrick saw an ad for it and said "Mum, Mum look - it says on the ad it's paradise for Mum's too and you can even have coffee and catch up with friends" - word for word from the ad! Ah - if only advertising were true as paradise it is not! A tin shed full of a 100 screaming children and their 200 smelly feet is not my idea of paradise - correct me if I'm wrong, but throw in water, steep slides, bouncing castles full of big thugs and bullies, and Kids Parasite is more apt! Yes I know, it's not about me, so I did my best "grin and bear it" impersonation and took 4 - yes FOUR - kids and cousins and spent a very rainy afternoon there yesterday. It was so busy we had to line up for over 10 minutes just to pay to get in!

I know I've had my fill of good old Kid's Parasite for the year!!!

On the way home we noticed there was heaps of snow on Mr Barrow and on Ben Lomond (photo) - no wonder it's so cold!!!
