The boys are back in town...

Today some of the Hawks joined with some of our "celebrities" for the Active Launceston Expo at Aurora stadium. The Hawks do heaps for Tassie, our community and our kids, and they bring a lot of money into the state. I hope the State Government realise what a valuable asset they are, and continue their contract to play games here indefinitely. We LOVE having them here - it is so good for the kids! Shayne took Patrick and Lauren and they got to practice some footy skills with Luke Hodge. We've met him before and he seems like SUCH a nice guy - always takes the time out to talk and really seems interested in the kids.

and Hawka (of course) who is doing great things for Active Launceston

The kids got to try different sports

and watch all kinds of events - all about being more active.

We are already looking forward to the games this year, and Fab Fridays and Super Saturdays at Aurora.
