Week 2 results!

Well, it's two weeks since the beginning of my "H.E.L.P." (Healthy Everyday Lifestyle Plan) and last week I lost 1.6kg bringing the total to 3.9kg in 2 weeks. I'm pretty happy with that, but just wish I could fast forward and be where I want to be NOW! If only it came off as easily as it went on - food should really be sold with a warning like cigarettes!
It gets harder after the first few weeks so wish me luck!
Next week I may have to do this...

doesnt matter if it just point five or 3kilos ... you are getting there and it all adds up...well done...keep going..dont quit.
