Just another manic Monday

This year has been FLYING, not helped at all by Mondays being "Weigh Day". Five weeks down the track and everything has slowed down. Before I jumped on the scales this morning, I was thinking I probably had lost nothing, or very little this week - and I was right! Is it too early to use the "muscle weighs more than fat argument?", or maybe it's just that I didn't exercise as much last week with Lauren home sick for 3 days? OK, OK - enough with the excuses, this week's total is a HUGE 600 grams! Tiny? Insignificant? Maybe but as it brings my total in 5 weeks to 7.1kg I'm happy, and quite frankly, glad it's over for another week! You can be sure next week that I'll be cutting my toenails, shaving my legs (and possibly my head) in a bid to continue to lose weight - even if it's in tiny increments!

600 grams in the 5th week is great Kylie!! You are being sensible and not starving yourself so you put it all back on later on - slow and steady wins the race, and a loss is a loss. Just think...if you did have that dagwood dog at the footy, you would've put ON 600 grams or more! :)
Time to change up your routine and come to the gym with me :)

Thanks, and yes Lisa - I was surrounded by dagwood dogs, pies and hot chips but I had my trusty container of fruit and nuts so I survived!
