can occasionally get on and be nice to each other!
I know all children have their "moments", but having two so close in age seems to multiply those moments, and on days like today, by 10 times! I can only imagine what it would be like to have twins, but sometimes I think this is more difficult. At least twins seem to have a connection, and you'd think that would possibly make them closer. Not so for these two!
The fighting, rudeness, fighting, back chatting, fighting, screaming and - did I mention fighting, began before 8am, and continued at 3.08pm when they were back together again in the car after school. I am hoarse from repeating myself (and not in a quiet, controlled voice), and my head aches from trying to explain consequences to two small people with big opinions, and who know everything!
INSERT SIGH AND DEEP BREATH HERE!
I need someone kind to reply and tell me it's just a stage. and things do get better. No horror stories about pre-puberty blues and teenage angst please!
I am going now, to drown - I mean SOAK myself in a long, hot, bath.
I'm sure tomorrow will be better...

ha ha - you poor thing. I forget that your two are so close in age. Harri and Jay fight enough and they are years apart!! As for coming to my house for a holiday - trust me - you will come and probably be glad to be back home to your fighting mob!!! Our place is a mad house most of the time - just don't stick it on my blog :)
p.s. Glad you are feeling better!
