Silver beet and broccoli.Some of our vegies are ready, and I'm hoping a big dose of homegrown vitamins will give us all a boost (for all read Shayne and I and maybe Patrick). I'll have to dig out my silver beet pie recipe - nicer than it sounds - sort of like a spinach quiche - yum!

It sounds yum! I make something similar -like a crustless quiche and add lots of different vegies in like silver beet.
