I felt brave yesterday, so I tackled Lauren's bedroom! She is a HORDER, and NOT a typical neat and tidy Virgo! I don't help by giving her interesting boxes to make things out of, AND stones for her collection AND old bits of ribbon for craft, and so it goes on...and IN to her room! If there had been any more junk in there, I could have parked a skip outside her window and filled it up! As it was, I filled 3 garbage bags with JUNK - 1/4 of it McDonald's toys!
Anyway - it's done! While I was in there, I made Lol go outside (mainly so she couldn't see what I was tossing out!) and next time I emerged from the depths, there were FOUR girls in our yard! The neighbourhood kids all converge on our place, and as Lauren agreed to clean out the cubby house, I let them come into the backyard to play (they usually play in the front so their parents can keep an eye on them - well, that's the theory!!)
On the garden fence yelling out to Quinn who had been in the park behind our house earlier.
It's great they all get on so well,
and now we have a tidy cubby house as well!

That is an awesome cubby house!! I have been meaning to do the same thing with the boys room since Sept school holidays!!
I did Lauren's last holidays!!! I'm doing Paddy's today while he's at band practice - I haven't needed to do his for ages - Lol's definitely the horder in the family!
