Goodbye to a Legend

After originally saying he'd play on,
Shane Crawford - Hawthorn Legend -
has announced his retirement!
After 17 years, 305 games, a Brownlow,
four best and fairest awards,
and four All Australian selections,
he's gone!
I must say, I didn't think he'd play on and was surprised
when he initially said he'd play the 2009 season.
What a way to finish a fantastic career with

The Mighty Hawks - Premiers 2008!!!

What a champ!

We don't mind "band wagon" jumpers who are paid up - as long as they stay!!!
