On December 23rd last year, the Hawks became the first Victorian club to sign up 30,000 members before Christmas. In the two months since then, they've signed up another 10,000 to bring the total up to 40,045 and counting - well on the way to beating the 41,686 members of 2008, and achieving the target of 50,000 members for 2009! 40.417 today- gone up from yesterday! They'll make 50,000 easily - my guess is closer to 60,000 members for 2009!
