Today we picked up the results of the National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy, that all Grade 3 children did throughout Australia in May. This is what Patrick's Principal had to say...
"I am delighted to advise that your child Patrick, has achieved a score in the top 20% in Australia in the Reading strand. This is an outstanding achievement of which Patrick should be justifiably proud."
He is and so are we!
Patrick did well in all areas, but particularly in grammar and punctuation, reading, and numeracy.
Well done Paddy!

Cute certificate! Don't you love it when they write like that - just how it sounds! Well done Patrick! Its nice the school did it that way - we just got ours in the mail last week and Jay's teacher didn't even know the results yet.
