Yay - a new park!

Mum and I were walking through the back of Kings Meadows last month, and noticed they had bulldozed the dodgy old park that used to be between the shopping centre and the school. It looked like they were going to build a new one, and sure enough, a couple of weeks ago they did. Mum and I took Clea there on Monday, and yesterday we stopped in after visiting Luke and Tracey in hospital. We've been to most parks in Launceston, and it's great to have a new one. The old one was always dirty and had graffitti and rubbish everywhere. It's on a pathway through to Kings Meadows High School - my old school, so tends to get used a bit for the wrong reasons. Lets hope they keep it nice now it's new!
Finally warm enough for shorts!
A slow day at the general store! Monkey! Having your tongue out really does help! It's a great park with a few thing we hadn't seen before. A great way to spend show day.

It's great - it's got new climbing things we haven't seen before, swings and slides, the shop and a section for making music - very cool!
