Patrick went back for his second year at Cubs tonight, and Lauren joined him. She has been SO excited about going, and used to love to go in with Patrick last year, and watch the activities. She has a couple of weeks trial, and then we'll get her shirt and hopefully she'll be invested next month. Patrick has got so much out of it, I know Lauren will too. They are both very proud.

You Dyb, dyb, dyb, and we'll dob dob dob!
Patrick went back for his second year at Cubs tonight, and Lauren joined him. She has been SO excited about going, and used to love to go in with Patrick last year, and watch the activities. She has a couple of weeks trial, and then we'll get her shirt and hopefully she'll be invested next month. Patrick has got so much out of it, I know Lauren will too. They are both very proud.

That is cool that Lauren can go this year. I just saw - 7 kg!! That is so good. I won't recognise you next time I see you! :)
Thanks Lisa, but I'm at the "go slow" stage at the moment - the DANGER ZONE! I'm Ok if I keep busy. I eat when I'm bored, tired, sad, happy, moody.....
That is great about going to cubs.
Isaac is in cubs here and Jasper hopefully may want to go when he is older. Did they do Joeys first? Isaac was a joey for nearly a year before becoming a cub. It is great for kids.

Hi Susanne, they didn't go to Joey's first - Patrick just decided he'd like to try it last year when he was 8, and we let him have a year on his own before Lauren started.
