Blue skies

Today is a beautiful Summer day, and reminds me so much of
a time BK when I'd get up, check the forecast, and whizz down the Bass Highway in my old Sunbird, headed for blue skies - literally!
Back in those days, I mingled with a crowd to who "blue skies"
was said as a greeting, or with a parting wave, wishing for more such days. Yep, back in those days I would regularly drive to Devonport Airport and ...throw myself out of a perfectly good aeroplane -
or, at least, a converted Cessna 142 with the seats out to maximize space! I have been trying to find my log book and some photos, but since Shayne had his big clean up upstairs, I can't find anything!!! Another day perhaps...today I'll just wistfully reminisce! Tas Skydive no longer operate, but I just looked up a couple of my old skydive buddies and it seems that Richard now runs Skydive Tasmania with my old chief jump master Ken. Check out the link here!

Now to a time AK (after kids)...
We went to Riverside pool again today
!Just a bit sick of posing!

It's good to catch up on photos of all the kids but where are the photos of all you adults?

Oh, and YES I think I was mad! Just watching the tandem skydive on the link, and seeing Richard bail out to take the photos reminds me of me hanging off the wing strut and then...letting gooooooooooooooooooo!

It's not something I would do now I have kids!
