A good result (aka "chick magnet" part two)

Just as I was beginning to think they'd forgotten me, Ingham sent me a $20 Wish card today and a letter from the state general manager apologising for the "matter"! Last month I found a small piece of hard blue plastic deeply embedded in a frozen chicken product. It pays to let manufacturers know when you find a problem with a product - whether it be plastic in chicken, or a roll-on deodorant that wont (roll - that is). They can't do anything about it if you don't let tell them!

ha ha - chocolate is sounding good :) That is good they gave that to you. Did you have to prove it somehow - did you take a pic or something?

Lisa, I had to give them the use by date off the pack over the phone, and they asked me to send in the plastic if I'd kept it - and I had! They said it sounded like the plastic that comes between the chicken nuggets they make. It certainly wasn't huge, but you could harldy miss it as it was bright blue!
